A Woman's Way of Leadership
This is our flagship professional development course, based on the material in our book, Dancing on the Glass Ceiling (Contemporary Books, January 2003). The Woman's Way of Leadership program helps professional women rediscover (and learn to rely on) their innate feminine attitudes and skill sets—the true foundations of their success in the highest executive ranks. Rather than "force-fitting" themselves into the traditional, masculine model of corporate leadership, participants learn that true power comes from being authentic.
In addition, participants identify and overcome barriers to their performance and success. Each woman experiences her own transformations in attitudes and behaviors. Participants emerge as more balanced, integrated, and "heart-centered" leaders, fully equipped to help the organization reach new levels of success.
